It seems to be a common problem with companies these days, As the company grows, providers care less and less about their customers.
I've recently upgraded to a 10 MB line and I'm paying /- R1400 a month. But despite the high price I chose to stick with MWEB thinking they would provide the best service.
I have now inquired about why my R1400 line is performing so poorly. That was 2 days ago. I have heard nothing from MWEB.
I know that they didn't want my business in the first place but I just thought that was lazy sales people not willing to help. But it appears it's a general policy.
