I have done an upgrade on my contract. Received handset Samsung Pocket Plus S5301. Handset loosed signal. I took it back and after two weeks received another handset with same problem. I was informed that they had several complaints. My handset was replaced 5 times each time with same problem. They offered me Nokia phones with even less features than the Samsung. I have done simswop as I thought that could be the problem, but problem persist. I now received another Samsung chat but same problem occurs and took it back. I already spend a few hundred rand for diesel up and down to shop, sim swop and I had to pay in on Samsung chat. It is 3 months now costing me money paying contract price each month for a phone I don't have. Hopefully you can help me getting me a handset without any further cost. I think they can at this stage give me a credit for all the inconvenience.
