I booked a return flight from JHB to BFN via Computicket in the newly built Checkers in Centurion. On the first flight everything was ok. On the return, I ended up with no flight! As I got to Bloemfontein Airport this morning, there was no flight as on my booking. I was assisted by a lady who transferred my booking for the flight tomorrow morning. My flight was cancelled and I did not receive any notification!! There was not enough bookings for that flight! Her respond was"Computicket does not inform customers" I could not believe it!! And this after it was confirmed! When we confirmed my new booking, there were no contact details on my booking! Can you imagine something had happened, nobody would be able to track down any family as the booking assistant did not enter any details, although she asked for my number as well as an EMERGENCY number... for what reason, I would not know. But who cares anyway, SAA got their money and Computicket theirs... o yes and the useless bookings clark also got her salary! One pays almost R3000.00 for a ticket and nobody actually cares! Teaches one to rather cut out the middleman!
