Swiping facility mulfunctions blamed on me

I went to see a movie 27/12/2013 bought ticket and snacks with my capitec bank card after the movie went again to the snack counter to buy juice from queen who was not at her till and had to be called from the back to assit me. No greet from her but "what do you want" question, place my order she did not have the flavour I wanted, reluctenly she went to go get it from the other counter. Now I'm paying your facilities gave errors after trying to swipe my card with out a pin being requsted by the keypad she calls steven who takes forever to get to the counter and he says the problem is my card not the facilities, no introduction, smile he keeps going on about how the card is declining humiliating me as if i have no funds in my acc I tell him I bought tickets, snacks before the movie why is it not accepting the card now I show the balance of funds on my phone steven goes on about how my card is at fault I tell him its never done this before queen mentions its the same with all capitec cards steven suggest I leave the drink I say no I'm thrusty I need this juice he then says I should draw money and pay I ask him will he pay withdrawal fees obviously No! Payment goes through no apology
