I booked a ticket online got a BOOKING ID: BYO1353704 -
BYOjet International Group. All arrangements were made around the booking of this flight. Then I receive a call at 20h15 to inform me that there is no seat available one ANY flights. That they will refund me. According to them the Kulula system does not update the information and this is why it happened. Refunding my money was not what I needed, I needed a ticket. It has now resulted in flying to PE and hiring a car to get to George where the flight was booked to. The inconvenience and costs are not their problem but mine.
