POOR SEVICE

I contacted Samsung service center and asked what was involved in having the screen replaced on my Samsung S4. The irritable lady that answered the phone told me to bring the phone in and the replacement would take approximately half an hour, she also mentioned that they were fairly busy so it may take a little longer.

I drove from Worcester to Cape Town (105km) and proceeded to join the queue and waited 20mins to be helped. The lady who helped said now that the phone would only be ready the following day!! Thank you Samsung for a wasted trip!
