Brought dim-able rotary switches from Veti (5yr Warranty on these I have been told) and had them installed and found that they were all sticking and would not pop back out by them self's as they were supposed to. Reported the problem to Major Tech on 25th Sept 2013. After numerous follow ups and several phone calls they finally came out and swapped the faulty switches out around the 24th Oct 2013. Almost a full month after having reported the faulty product to them. One switch witch was not yet installed was also swapped out as it was suspected that this would have been from the same faulty batch. However once this switch was finally installed it's now showing the same problem, I have reported it to Majortech again on the 27 November 2013 12:10 and after numerous e-mails and them telling me they will call me back and other excuses (guy off sick etc...) I am still waiting for them, it is now the 4th of Feb 2014. Not happy with their service at all especially seeing as how its their product that's actually faulty to begin with
