I called Shannon at the cnr Cape rd and mount Rd TTS branch to ask how I should go about having my phone repaired.
She asked if the phone was under warranty and said no problem, they are busy unpacking spares and I should bring it in.
Well I travelled from Jeffreysbay and on arrival she and the coloured lady on her left had a caucus and asked me where is my contract as they must be paid for the service by Samsung.
I was never told to bring in any paperwork, and even went as far as showing the warranty certificate covering my phone to them. This is pathetic service in today's climate as I wasted almost a half a day in time not to mention the expenses.
They had the attitude of we are doing you a favour to look at your phone???
