Motherboard replaced but software not uploaded?

I took my Samsung S4 in due to the phone not switching on properly, it starts up, then freezes on the "samsung" startup screen.

At first the consultant told me it was a software problem & should take no longer than a hour or 2, when I returned that same day (03/11/13), the technician came out & said that my motherboard had crashed & that the part will arrive on Monday or Tuesday that week but, should not take longer than a day or 2 when the part arrives. On the 5th I gave them a call to find out when my phone should be done more or less, the consultant said my motherboard has been replaced, the software needs to be uploaded, on the 7th I phoned again & asked how long my phone should still take, as its only software that needs to be uploaded, the consultant said she would phone me back in a few minutes, a day passed, NO RESPONSE? On the 8th, the same happened. On the 9th my boyfriend phoned them, they told him that my phone will be done by no later than 2/3pm, by 16h30 - No response whatsoever. Yesterday 12/11/13 I drove through only to find that my phone is still not done and that "the software needs to be uploaded". This is UNACCEPTABLE &definitely not the kind of name Samsung wants.
