My refund not taken serious, so sad

I FULLY settled my account then, Ned bank deducted money from my account, I claimed the back as per consultant advise, and the 1st consultant promised that the money will be paid after 3 working days, then waited bt never happen, I called again after some tym, the 2nd consultant promised another number of days (Call Ref:8143631),
3rd consultant (call Ref:8207210) because there was no action on the previous call and promised that it wil be done by the end of the same day, so the 4th consultant promised me 3 working days (ref:8221814).
If I was taken serious, I should have logged an apology at least. I AM STIL WAITING FOR 3 DAYS TO PASS AGAIN!!!

I know its very little money but if I'm the one who was making this empty promises my credit profile would have been damaged..
I am so annoyed!!! I am not going to call again because someone is not managing his/her work properly
