I also have been having the same problem with this Top Adz company, i called several times cancelling this debit order so they can refund me, I spoke to the lady by the name of Londiwe Mthembu, and then she promised me the money will be in my account within 3 working days but nothing happened and then when called again she will be always in a meeting, until i explained to Coco another consultant who told me the same story and they money is still not in my account, and then i spoke to another consultant by the name of Brooke and she told me refund was made but the account number were wrong, so now i told them i will never call them again im reporting them to Hello Peter. This people have no right to deduct money from our accounts without our permission, i feel like something needs to be done with this company because they are taking people's money without their permision and make false promise of paying them back.
