I called to cancel my dstc account. all bills were fully paid and settled. Multichoice debited my account. I called the same day 5December 2012 regarding this. consultant assured me it will take several working days to refund the money. christmas came and went, new years came and went, still no refund.
Everytime i call, im on hold for minimum 20mins. i get the ring a round and nothing gets done. The last call on 7January 2013 consultant told me to go to my nearest multichoice branch. He spent 15minutes looking for a branch and eventually the call cut. why must i do all the running around when multichoice has all my details?
I am fed up and very upset. Should i have been owing multichoice money, i would have received a summons etc from their lawyers!
