I joined the gym, then I swiped at the gym, was suppose to pay R2947 but the consultant who was working on my contract made me swipe more. I first swiped R788 then R2500 but he promised I was going to get a refund to my surprised instead of a refund they deducted again R2947 plus R20 from my account. I went to the consultant he said to me he is not working on accounts Brandon should help me. I took a day off at work to go see Brandon as he's not at the gym late he promised to pay back my money but didn't, when I phone he ignores my calls, I even sent him an sms he didn't bother to respond. I don't get time during the day to go there yet its 3 months now when I phone them no one is interested and I was promised a personal trainer as it was my 1st time at the gym but that didn't happen had to figure out myself how the machines work. I even stopped going there so I paid R6000 in total for nothing. A full refund would be appreciated
