Bad customer service

Dear MTN. I am livid to say the least, I called into your call center to log an account query after my account was double debited for the month. I spoke to a consultant who assured me that my complaint would be logged first thing on Monday morning, this was on the 31st August 2013. She also told me that it would take 15 working days for the money to be paid back to me.
This morning I decided to called to enquire as to when the money would be paid to me only to discover that the complaint was never logged on the 31st and that I've been hanging about like an waiting for my money. So after blowing my top off at the consultant, instead of assisting me she puts me on hold. This is the worse customer service I've ever encountered and now I have to wait a further 3-5 days for my money to be paid back.
