After making a personal load at Standard N1 City 10/01/2012, I was promised that funds will be in my account after 5-10min. Almost 2hrs later I haven't receive any funds. I went to the bank to confirm as 10minutes has gone to almost 2hrs. Same consultant told me some times it takes 24hrs ill have to wait event though I'm banking with standard bank. I went back to the bank spoken to the same consultant after the call center keeps dropping my call. I was then told that there was a system error and she don't know what to do apart from sending a stupid email to who knows who. After requesting to speak to a manager according to her the manager cant help after asking again what is going to happen know because I'm sitting with a piece of paper stating that the loan has been approve and funds has been transferred into my account her answer was they need to trace the money and see where it is hanging as they don't no where the money went 'HOW STUPID'. I just left it there as I had to return to work. It's almost 3 days later I still haven't receive or heard from the consultant where feedback was promised by the end of the day. A service that should've taken 5-10 minutes its been 3 days
