Since last week I have had numerous calls from your Courier Company - CCD who deliver your credit cards. Each time I answer - there is a request to speak to a different person in order to deliver their credit card. Somehow FNB has issued MY cellphone number to at least 40 different people's credit card. I am disgusted. I have called CCD and spoken to the branch manager and their IT department who keeps on telling me that my number has been removed from their system.
This morning already I have received 9 sms's stating that they will be calling me soon. I am not Mrs Naidoo, Mr van Wyk, Mr Basson, or Ntabiseng to name a few...
I do however bank with FNB and I am shocked that this error could go on for as long as it has. I am beginning to wonder if I should change banks if you are giving out my private number to who knows who???
