WOW amazing how MiWay works! first they give you PATHETIC SERVICE, then they reward you with an increase in premiums... WOW... here's to doing things your way! On my policy, i clearly indicate two numbers... my cell phone and landline and requested that my landline be used during the day. Well for me its logic to try both numbers as the other number is given for a purpose!! To my surprise, i phoned them from my landline after leaving countless messages on their website to call me back and to my surprise, the first thing i hear from the answering machine is "the number you dialed from (which happens to be my day time number as indicated in the policy) is recognised" so i could either dial 2 for them to get back to me or stay on the line i suppose. Its amazing that in all the "attempts" they have made to reach me in vain, they never thought to check on my polocy my other number and of course to my surprise, their system actually recognises my land-line. WELL DONE MI WAY, you really do things "OUR" way...!!!

Trust them to take forever to process your claim or to tell you your account is in arrears and then after the pathetic service REWARD you with an Increase!!! CHEERS TO MIWAY!
