ABSA you are ridiculous.
So I have R12000 out of my account. First time was in October last year, R6000 taken, then again another R6000 in June this year.
You can't explain to me how this happened and how they managed to by- pass all your new "advanced security". How can a transaction be processes through cash send without a TVN being sent to my number if all other notifications come to my cell phone?
So first you tell me you will not refund me any money. Then you tell me you will refund the first R6000 not the second. Now you tell me you will refund half the first amount and half the second amount. Some how I still seem to not be getting back the money I'm owed.
How do you explain your inconsistency, your seeming lack of "investigation" and lack of knowledge.
