Rude phone call from Absa

I received a phone call this morning from a Mr Monty Titus from AVAF Upington. Without formally introducing himself, doing a security check and explain the nature of the call. He abruptly asked my why am I paying my account with amount lessor than the instalment and if I wanna do that I must return the car to Absa. He was not even aware of the arrangementsand did not check when the last amount of R6000.00 was paid. I asked him to identify himself, and he refused. he continued with the story of the installment. I politely said to him, if he refuse to identify himself, i will terminate the call of which I did. His number appeared on my cell phone 0543373300.He was extremely rude and arrogant. Whar happend to customer care??
