Refusal from absa to refund money from ATM

I attempted to withdraw R1300 at an ATM in Boksburg on 16 Aug 2013, the transaction was initially declined. A man behind me offered to help me when he saw I was struggling, as the same had apparently happened to him. Thereafter my transaction went through @ 18:21. I did a purchase of R3849.90 @ Builders Warehouse Boksburg the following day @ 9h30. That evening 3 withdrawals were done on my account... R3000 @ 23:55, R1000 @ 23:56 & R4000 @ 00:01. I stopped my card straight after the sms's came through to notify me of these transactions. All 3 transactions were done at the same ATM where I did my withdrawal on 16 Aug 2013. Absa offered to refund me an amount of R2000 as a gesture of goodwill, as they cannot be held liable for transactions on my account. I am not happy with this outcome, as my card must have been cloned and now I must suffer a R6000 loss.
