Took money from account cant explain why

Recently unusual amounts of money has been taken from my account by absa as transaction charges. No one can explain to me why these large amount have been taken, I have been to two branches who informed me that the matter would be sorted out but nothing has happened in four weeks. Apparently the type of account has been changed but this has taken place without my permission. This is the fourth time something like this has happened, I have waited for hours at my local branch but the matter does not seem very important to anyone there. I will close my account as soon as I get the money absa owes me back. I am fed up with absa's ridiculous way of handling things. I would like an explanation as to why bank charges change with no reason or notification. I have had to provide documentation to prove i qualify for my current account THREE TIMES.
