Awaiting upgrade since 29 January 2013
It has been 5 months since we have applied for an upgrade to 4mb on our 2mb ADSL line. Mweb has passed the buck to Telkom, not responded to my queries. The only response we get is: they will see what the problem is and get back to us. I've not had any explanation why this is happening. We have ...
