After weeks of promises I have now come to my wits end! This is my final post before I cancel this useless, pathetic, almost non-existent service and take out a new contract with Telkom direct... which may not be any better, but better the devil you know than the one you don't. At least they can't pass the buck to themselves (HOPEFULLY).
Ater reading all the posts already here, there's not much to add! Lack of service is lack of service - middlemen at their finest - selling a service they are unable to provide.
