Now this is Customer Service?? So proud of Vodacom... Vodacom - should do re-activation for 2 numbers - first paper work sent it on 23 August 2013, then again on 27 August 2013, then again on 3 September and the on 9 September 2013 - because someone keeps on using the documents for toilet paper? ...
