BAD SERVICE FROM VODACOM

Now this is Customer Service?? So proud of Vodacom...
Vodacom - should do re-activation for 2 numbers - first paper work sent it on 23 August 2013, then again on 27 August 2013, then again on 3 September and the on 9 September 2013 - because someone keeps on using the documents for toilet paper?

So, 11 different people verified that they did receive all the documents and re-activation will be done (which is at 23 days and apparently it takes according to Vodacom's Customer Care only 5 working days)

Now Vodacom switched the NEW SIM NUMBER around for the 2 numbers which means my sim number was given to the other person and his number was given to me on the sim cards.

Now Vodacom wants me to get NEW sim cards, I have to pay for it once again, and I have to pay Courier money to send the sim card to the other person.

My question is WHY?? Vodacom messed up!! Why do I have to fix their fault?

It's incompetent people working there and we have to pay the price!!!
