Impossible to Claim Miles online

I am a frequent traveler on SAA and recently decided to sign up for Voyager.

Unfortunately, whenever I travel my miles are not uploaded.

When I try to claim them online; the website always unable to do it.

I have a feeling they just hope customers will get tired of trying.

I sent an email and I am yet to receive some feedback.
