I booked a voyager ticket to Mauritius 8 months ago and I'm still waiting for confirmation. I have been in contact with SAA via Twitter and was sent direct messages assuring me that the situation would be dealt with and that i would receive email correspondence. I have received no such correspondence and i am becoming increasingly frustrated by this ordeal. The flight is a gift to me for my 21st birthday and needless to say I have been looking forward to it for months. I would really appreciate it if SAA could give me the reward which I am entitled to (seeing as though I'm using voyager miles). I was impressed by their quick response to my Twitter messages however I'm very disappointed that nothing has been done.
