I WANT MY MONEY BACK - BAD SERVICE ILL TREATMENT

Sunday 28 April I book your bus from Johannesburg to P.E for the 1st time for 3:25. I was @ the station at 2:45. After waiting for more than an hr for the scheduled time, I called your Pretoria offices and I was told to wait till 16:45, the bus arrived at 16:40, whilst we were waiting to board the bus standing outside the door, two ladies were arguing with the bus driver about the late bus. The bus driver just sped off and closed the doorright infront of us and we had to duck for our lives. We rushed to the Gautrain to catch the bus @Park Station, only to be told that it has left, the consultant wasnt helping, he told us he cant do anything about it, he asked us to catch another Rd Link which was gonna leave the following day, that means we were gonna be off work for 2days, I paid R1200 and had to quickly make other means of travelling to P.E as I had to report for duty today, the Supervisor they called (Alyce) could not authorise repayment, the consultant had no listening skills and was clearly not trained to handle crisis, he was also rude, I completed the refund forms and left my original tickets with them! I WANT MY MONEY! And theres no way I will ever use your BUS, PATHETIC SERVC
