On 10th May 2013 i was set to return on the SA roadlink bus from Pretoria to Durban. I received a call saying that the bus i was set to take at 12:30pm was cancelled and the next available bus was at 19:30. This in itself was outrageous. I was left waiting at a bus station in the cold in a place that i knew nothing about. lo and behold at 19:30 there was no bus, one only arrived at 21:45. This bus was in a pathetic condition, it had no functional wiper blades which was detrimental considering the weather conditions that day. I will never travel with SA roadlink again. I now have gotten very sick and need to take further time off minus the day that i lost waiting at the bus station. very very frustrated by the pathetic service
