Unbelievable rudeness

My sister booked a translux bus from Durban Station to Capetown at 5pm on the 24th. As we were taking her to te Station we had a car problem on our way to taking her to the station. She ended up having to take a taxi trying to rush to the station. Whilst she was still trying to catch her bus we managed to get another car and rushed to the station and got there before the bus left. My brother informed the ticketing lady that there was someone on her way to catch that bus and was a few minutes away. My brother then rushed upstairs to help my sister with her bags and run to the bus only to get to the bus and it was gone. They then asked the ticketing lady why they didnt stop the bus and she said they should have told the driver. Gosh why then did the lady accept the message and not say the time she was told to tell the driver. They whole team including the manager was very rude and almost man handled my brother over this argument. Im quite shocked the translux company doesnt even offer part refunds or a rebooking in such instances. All they had to offer was very bad attitude and rudeness. PLEASE IF ANYONE EVER WANTS TO TRAVEL TO CAPETOWN OR ANYWAY RATHER GET A INTERCAPE OR GREYHOUND.
