EMIRATES NOT AS GOOD AS YOU THINK

Within the space of less than a week Emirates lost my bag TWICE! Upon enquiry what do they do? Pull up their shoulders and say oops! Not even an apology, an effort to right their wrong or a courteous smile! And this after paying them a busload of money for a very useless trip. First i spent 4 days in a foreign country without my luggage, lost out on a HUGE business deal because all my equipment was in my luggage and then the day before i was to leave my baggage finally arrived because they had first sent it to the wrong country! upon checking in for my flight home i asked them for assurance that this was not going to happen again and i got a friendly smile and assurance that it would not! Upon my arrival back home well there was a different story! Now i am the one having to run around trying to locate my bag, they dont even follow up with me! The fact that they lost my luggage TWICE is bad enough but then they wont take responsibility and they do nothing to assist in finding it! Pathetic service at its best!
