I approached Leisure Cor to purchase Holiday Club points on my behalf
The transfer of ownership agreement was signed on 01/09/2010 . The full amount of R7 524.00 was drawn from my credit card on 01/09/2010 wherafter I received an email confirming payment and that transfer would take up to 120days.
After not receiving any further communications from Leisure Cor I contacted VOASA in March 2011 to query the matter;
The last communication I received from VOASA was 12 August 2011 stating that my complaint has been escalated to the South African Police Services (Commercial Crime Unit) for further investigation.
As yet I have not received either my Holiday club points or my money back.
I am at wits end now as this has been dragging on for nearly 3 years.
I do not know who to turn to for help to get my money back
