Good day,
I have been scheduled for surgery on Monday 29th of April 2013 and am unble to take the flight of the 28th of April from Bucharest to Johannesburg. My doctor is advising that my apendicitis may burst while flying.
I have offered to pay for the change but nothing. I am simply refused and asked to buy a brand new ticket. This is highly unnaceptable to hold a person at ransom knowingly. I am simply not in a health state that allows me to travel much like your airline's uncontrollable flight delays.
