I arrived at check in counter 28 minutes prior to boarding due to traffic delay on N2.
The agent was unaccomodating rude and arrogant. I asked him to please see if he could make a plan but he was indifferent despite me having to get back to JNB urgently.
He also charged me for extra hold baggage, despite the fact that both pieces werent over the limit.
I understand that airlines have rules and procedures that agents are required to adhere to - this isnt the issue - the issue was the rude arrogant attitude of the check in agent
