The travel agent sent for me a ticket by email for 15/March, in 28/Feb. i send the email that I want cancel or change my Flight,
said to me it is necessary to pay 200 USD for cancel and 225 USD for change?!!!

I called emirates in Johannesburg (0861364728) and said my booking reservation number and I said I want to know :
First this ticket have a penalty for change/ cancellation or it is not nessecary pay for penalty.
Second if have a penalty, I want to know how much cost of penalty for change or cancellation.

The lady said: "this ticket is buy with travel against and you call them, we can not answer you"

I think this cost that travel against said to me is very high, I want to know this is correct or not. (Perhaps it is a)
I am shocked when I saw emirates not answered me as a passenger and how I can confirm the rate and understand it is correct and it is not a.
(I tried to find the email address for send the email to emirates about confirm that rate, but I could not find address)
