I booked a return flight online through a website called Skyscanner and it produced a number of flights and I booked the one that was available for the times that suited my travel plans. This flight happened to be through Byojet. The booking was made on the 3rd May 2013. Isent an e-mail to Byojet to cancel the flight on the 13th May, due to only fly on the 17th June (well wihin refundable time) and I was told that the flight cannot be refunded due to airline rules. When I contacted the airline directly they told me that they would have cancelled the flight and refunded me my money had the flight been booked directly through them, but because it was booked through Byojet and it was a special promotion they couldn't help me. Nowhere on the documentation that I received from Byojet does it state that the ticket is non-refundable and at no point through the online booking process was it stated that the ticket was a special offer. They refuse to refund my money or even have the ticket open for a certain period of time.
