The following was reported to Jessica by email at Air France who said she would forward on to relevant people.
Original Flight ticket Ref Y3WRIA is attached which clearly shows departure
Pisa Gallileo 24 Aug AF1167 at 2035.
When we got to Pisa Airport we discovered that AF1167 did not exist and had been changed to another flight dept 10 am in the morning. Subsequently we missed all flights and had to buy new tickets as Air France was full for the next few days. No notification of flight change by SMS or email was ever issued by Air France and we have emailed our request in 3 times to Jessica at Air France with no response.
Someone did eventually phone from Air France to say we should log our claim on the website but this link does not work. We are looking for some form of compensation from Air France for poor service and non notification.
