I was in cape town flaying to JNB on the 8th April 2013, i arrived at the airport 45 min b4 the flight, i waited on the quee and when i get to the consultant it was 42 min before the depature, the lady who was assisting just took her time and even left her till and when she comes back she told me that is closed and she will put me on standby. I paid R1300 (2600 for couple) to get the stand by ticket. To my suprise i got my standby ticket 30 before the plain but i was not told is closed as compared to 42 min. And there where many of us on standby. PPL pls be aware Mango guys they will tell u that is closed so that they may have extra cash by putting you on standby ..
