U can't fly u have to pay the deferrent

On Monday 30 of September I & my and mother in-law was scheduled to be on a flight MN110 to JHB from Cape Town. We arrived at Airport at 10h30 as we drop the car at 10h10.
When I got the I went to self-terminal to try and check in I got an error it said contact kulula member I went to taller 90 they told me that your Flight is not open yet. I came again Around 12h00 They told us my wife is not on the system we have to go customer services we found Q when we got the they request ticket number OR Reference number after getting that name The said your flight is closed and all flights are Full. I ask for standby they said they don't do standby. I told them I am from the teller the said they have to check the footage at 16h00 After that the said the can't find me and I am not Allowed to go with them at back 4 security reason
