L2EQK4 was the original booking number for my elderly Mother to travel down to us in pe. After finding out a day later that she wouldnt be able to travel by bus a member of the family bought her a aeroplane ticket. When I called Malebo she was very pleasant and explained that they do not refund tickets no matter how soon after the booking was made, what ever ther circumstances or reason, even if it was way ahead of the date booked. I think this is totally unreasonable due to the fact my Mother cannot travel I dont know of any family who needs to travel to JHB or anywhere else. The ticket is R960. 00 a substantial amount of money. I'm disappointed with the lack of humanity in your company and wonder how this service will be viewed by the consumer credit act... your comments ease.
