I got to the airport at 12h30 then im told i cannot check my siblings in when their flight is at 13h25. to to it of the consultants were rude and nobody offered to help, then im forced to be on stand by when i do not have funds. now im told the ticket cannot be moved to another day i must book another flight. the assisted me 30min later thus meaning i must be on stand by. im not happy with the service i got and this is not the first time i fly mango however this is the first time i get such treatment. my siblings are supposed to be back in cape town getting ready for school. i tried to put them on standby but card was giving me problems now i must pay again money that i do not have when the boys could be checked in at 12h30...
