I am not someone who will go out of my way to complain and did not think I would have gotten to this point to lodge my complaint on Hello Peter but I have officially reached my limit! Receiving quotes was the first hurdle - my specific needs on quote phase was overlooked, the wrong tour was quoted after specifically requesting for Contiki Greece, hotel and transfer from hotel kept on quote after requesting that I no longer needed the transfer, providing a quote that I was to land in Lisbon when I requested that I needed to land in Porto. Then the continuous follows ups that I had to make to find out where we were with the corrections. I was prompt in paying the deposits as requested - did everything required from my side. I was also then notified after paying for Contiki (as per instructions of the consultant) that I wasn't going to qualify for the Discovery Discount (obtaining this card was for this reason) - they had to make a reversal and we had to resubmit and re-book everything. My signed quote flight info (need to arrive early in London) is different to flight that was booked as I arrive in the AFTERNOON! I keep getting told that they will get back to me #worst experience yet!
