I am still awaiting feedback after being in contact with Flexiclub for weeks with regard to my account.
Whilst I wait for them to sort out my account (which i do follow up on) I have been receiving hundreds of calls, each time I explain the whole story which is costing me time and money. I received postcards "SUMMONS PENDING" after I have a query open and now I have been threatened by ITC Business administration!
I will go the Carte Blanche route if my name is put on ITC due to Flexiclub's incompetence! UPDATE your systems to indicate this account is in query whilst you busy with it!
