I booked a flight with Kulula on the website in January for 2 return flights from JHB - George. The flights being for myself, and a colleague. My colleague can for unforeseen circumstances no longer take the booked flight. Subsequently, I needed another colleague to attend the business trip. Upon requesting a name change, I was told that there would be no refund on cancellation, and that they were not willing to compromise with a name change either. I find this absurd and I think perhaps there should be some level of discretion. Does this ticket go to another paying customer, and you get double payment for one seat?
Dissatisfied with a service I make use of regularly.
I would like my complaint escalated and expect a call from a more senior manager that has enough authority to either make a decision, or to explain how this could be just.
