Multiply about their rewards

I requested a travel quote for flights and only got a response a week later.
I'm on silver status, which means I can get 20% discount on flights, Emirates specifically. The quote was the same as doing the booking directly with Emirates, i.e. NO discount.
I even replied to Multiply asking them if they forgot to apply the discount... they responded that they did apply the discount in the quote... what a joke... I'll send through my cancellation lette
