Have been waiting over a week for a quote for flights to Europe.By this time I have received quotes, booked flights, got visas etc. with other suppliers. This is extremely lame. Spoke to Sarah from the Rivonia branch after logging my request on the website. I had one call on the same day from her but nothing since? Obviously it is going well for your business if you don't need mine? Left a message for her today, still no reply...
