Poor service and bad advice

I booked a contiki tour through Flight center Alberton City. Not once was I asked if I needed a visa to enter England and The European Union. Thank goodness I had all of that sorted out beforehand. Also I tried several times to collect my documents from them and they kept saying that Contiki hadn't delivered them yet. I asked when would they be delivered and I kept getting the answer "I don't know". I paid tens of thousands of rands for an I don't know. Also when I booked my flights I wanted to fligh out of Paris, because thats where my tour ended. Instead the travel agent advised me to fligh out of Heathrow. I asked if I would have enough time to get from Paris to Heathrow to catch my flight and she said yes. So I booked my flights based on her advice. Guess what happened. My last night in Paris I was told that I probably won't catch my flight. So at midnight I was freaking out trying to book a flight from Paris to Heathrow. The only flights avaliable were premium economy and business class. Due to the poor advice I was given, I had to fork out 246euros which equates to about R3 500. Also my eczema broke out due to the stress of possibly not getting home.
