Consultant Chantal quoted R13k for a flight. I sent a quote of R12k
C refused to lower the price after presenting my cheaper quote.
I then had to point out to her (WHICH IS NOT MY JOB) that per the ad she should beat the quote.
She sent a quote at the same amount of R12k. Once again I had to indicate that she has to beat it (WHICH IS NOT MY JOB for the 2nd time). Technically they had not beat my quote. Management queried her incompetency. She then made a verbally abusive call attacking me as to why I queried her quote. Is this how you treat clients? Associates around stared as the call was so disruptive. Is this the professionalism you show?
She then stating she had sent me a cheaper quote. When she could not provide proof of this she arrogantly stated well I was prepared to do it at that price.
She then threatened me and stated that if I didn't have a student card I was not eligible to book with them.
Website specifically states student cards are not required. This qualifies as misrepresentation.
