The 7:15 train from Parow to Cape Town stopped between Parow and Elsies Rivier for so long that passengers were forced to jump off and walk along the tracks to the next train. This is highly dangerous but this is the extent that the public has to go through in order for us to make to work on time. Metrorail failed in notifying the passengers about the hold up and we definitely won't compensate us. This is a extremely bad fail in service delivery. A lot of people depend on Metrorail for daily travelling. Last week trains were hecticly delaying and this week this happens. Maybe the MyCiti route should also go to the Northern Suburbs.
