They closed the query without reason!?

On 28 February 2010, I went to the Flexi Club Offices and they confirmed that they have entered on the system that if I pay the amount they were asking for, they would cancel the subscription as I had been asking them for a long time before that. At first they told me that the only way to get out of the contract is to find a buyer for the Time Share which I completely disagreed with as I was never informed of this when entering into the contract.

Then I continued receiving the statements and the account continued to be charged and debited. I then made a booking in October of the same year as they had been telling me I would forfeit my points if I didnt' and afterwards informed them that I wanted the account closed as I could not afford the payments due to my financial obligations. I even sent them the information of the 2 kids that are attending University and being a single parent, I am responsible for the fees. They eventually responded when I called them in 2012 and said they would cancel the account once I have paid the outstanding amounts. They still continued charging the account. Now they are threatening repossessing my assets for this!
